I am off to the Kids In Style Exhibition next weekend 21 February at the Hordern Pavilion, Sydney. The exhibition is a trade event for retailers searching for unique, high-end and boutique kids & babies fashion & designer accessories.
I will also be looking forward to meeting businesses that fit the genre of the website, introducing them to yourbabyboyandgirl.com and hopefully adding these contacts to my baby directory. Thus, giving my lovely readers an even greater range of websites and businesses to visit. It will be a great opportunity for me to promote my website, helping it to thrive and become a leading online baby resource.
I will also have my eye out for any exciting new products. Check back soon, because I will have them all for you right here.
When you are growing up home is a special place. A place to play, explore and have fun. Although all of the above sounds great, the home is the most common place for young children to be injured.
Try and make the home as safe as possible before the newborn arrives and before your child starts to crawl.
Making the home safe for toddlers
Try to remove all hazards or add safety products to minimise the risk. For example, if you have a low table with sharp corners, attached covers to each corner.
Safety Products for the Home
Door and Stove Barries - Use a door barrier or a safety gate to keep a young child out of the kitchen, particularly at busy times such as when dinner is being prepared. This will still enable you to see what's happening on the other side. Door barriers are also an important safety feature for both the top and bottom of stairs.
Locks and safety catches - There are various locks, catches and latches available that can be attached to cupboards and drawers.
Power Point Covers - these prevent electrocution from open power sockets by covering the point and preventing objects being inserted into them.
Door Knob Covers - these prevent a child entering a room.
Right now, the all new Kids Product Directory is bringing you a HEAP fabulous competitions.
With giveaways from names like FionaKate , Punk Star Kid, Cushie Tushies and Babou. It is worth heading over there right now!
Skout- Kids Product Directory (KPD) is the most fantabulistic online resource for finding the hottest kids, baby and maternity products from around the Globe. With all companies and brands being hand picked you are asured only the best, most stylish and unique products available.
